How Does Shipping Work?
Products offered on our website are shipped either from fulfilment centres located in Europe or directly from manufacturing partners in Asia.
The estimated delivery time to the United States typically ranges between 4 and 12 business days after dispatch. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to logistical factors, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak seasons. While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery within a specific timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer’s email address within 5 business days after order confirmation.
This tracking number allows customers to follow the shipment from dispatch to final delivery.
Please note that tracking updates may take 3 to 5 business days to appear after the tracking number is issued.
Delivery Process
Deliveries are handled by recognised postal services or courier partners in the United States.
In certain situations — such as recipient absence, restricted access locations, or logistical limitations — carriers may attempt redelivery or leave instructions according to their internal procedures.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may receive individual tracking numbers.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Address changes may only be requested within 24 hours after placing an order. After this period, orders may already be prepared for dispatch and cannot be modified or cancelled.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Undeliverable Shipments
If delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to the sender, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment or refund options.
A new delivery timeframe will apply once reshipment is confirmed.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination region and carrier operations.
In rare cases involving customs inspections, weather disruptions, labour strikes, or transportation delays, delivery may take longer.
QuickFix Supply™ commits to resolving any shipment that exceeds 30 business days from dispatch.
If your order has not arrived within this period, please contact our support team to request a replacement shipment or refund.
