Refund Policy – QuickFix Supply

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.


United States – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

Because QuickFix Supply sells products to customers in the United States, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment approval. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled or modified (including delivery address changes).

If you wish to cancel after processing, you must wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return request according to this policy.


Return Period

Customers have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, undamaged, and include all accessories.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Typical timeframes:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5–10 business days

  • Other Payment Methods: 5–10 business days


Eligible Return / Refund Situations

You may request a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damage during shipping

  • Item significantly different from the product description

  • Incorrect item, colour, or variation received

  • Delivery delay exceeding 60 calendar days due to logistical issues


Situations Where Returns / Refunds Are Not Accepted

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery

  • Damage caused by use or wear after the return window

  • Multiple exchanges beyond the first approved replacement

  • Items returned without prior authorisation
